Quick & Tasty Healthy Recipe: Quick & Tasty Turkey Chili 15 minutes to Prepare & It’s Low Glycemic
This quick & tasty chili recipe is low in fat and delicious! Perfect for dinner after a long day at work. Only eight ingredients and about fifteen minutes to make.
Healthy Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Ground turkey
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can of pinto beans
- 1 can of black beans
- 1 can of kidney beans
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 2 tsp. Chili powder
Recipe Directions:
Brown the ground turkey in large cooking pot with onion. Open cans, add all ingredients, mix and simmer 5 minutes. Add enough water to adjust
the consistency.
Additional serving suggestions: Serve over quinoa.
Add more vegetables: grated carrots, corn, and zucchini.
Total Recipe Prep Time: 15 Minutes
