Sara’s Review: “With A Lighter You I lost 4 sizes!”

With A Lighter You, I have lost 4 sizes! (I don’t weigh myself, I go by body measurements) I have my goal bathing suit hanging up behind my bedroom door so I see it first thing and last thing everyday. When I first got it, I had my doubts about ever fitting into it, but now looking at it sparks a fun feeling of confidence: “Of course, I’ll be wearing that this summer.”

In just one listen to “Curb your Cravings” I completely lost my attraction to soda and fried chicken which were my “guilty indulgences.” I couldn’t believe it!

I’m really enjoying the recommended smoothies for breakfast – I didn’t think I would like a big, cold, liquid meal first thing in the morning but I actually feel so refreshed, hydrated, and calm and at this point it feels weird to go without it. Getting all those nutrients and fluids in the morning really sets me up for success – I drink less water in the afternoon and sleep all the way through the night without needing a bathroom break.

In the New Year here, I’ve been getting into exercise in a more structured fashion and your Fitness Motivation track is proving to be key in rewiring my perfectionist past with exercise. Thank you!
